As a rule, you can send us any product that is defective. As far as OEM units are concerned, however, these products can only be sent in after the vehicle manufacturer's warranty has expired.

The repair and pick-up service is currently available in Germany only.

Of course, every repair is different. If under warranty, the repair is always free of charge. Should you have a problem with your device once the warranty has expired, the repair and pick-up service will always provide you with a cost estimate first and let you decide whether or not you would like to have the repair done. The maximum price principle will always show you the maximum price your repair will cost. Should the repair turn out to be less expensive, then of course that's the price you will pay. You can't get much fairer than that!
