Our program comprises a wide range of light, space-saving drives for quick and comfortable seat adjustment: gearless drives, single and dual-stage geared drives as well as drives with spindle and planetary gearing. The combination of drive and gearing in one component cuts down weight and reduces the space required for installation.

The modular nature of our products covers all adjustment planes and opens up a wide range of possible applications.

With our modular NSA building block that is available worldwide, we offer a power platform for a wide variety of drive applications. This building block contains gearless drives, versions with various types of gearing as well as sensorics and electronics components with which the extent of functions offered by the basic drives can be extended to suit specific applications. Thanks to increased compact performance and improved packaging, the new drives are up to 40% lighter and smaller than their predecessors, thus contributing toward a reduction in fuel consumption and CO2 output. Their smaller space requirements open up new design freedom to vehicle developers. Special cost benefits are offered by those versions of the drive designed for sensorless positioning which, in the case of memory applications, can dispense with the use of Hall sensors. All NSA drives have adequate power to produce high adjustment forces even at low engine speeds. For the driver this means less noise and, as a consequence, greater comfort.

 
 
 

We supply actuators for electromechanical steering-column adjustment, allowing individual positioning of the steering wheel. The Easy-Entry/Easy- Exit function makes it possible to get into and out of the car in comfort; rapid adaptation to specific drivers is achieved by the memory function.

 
 
 

As a cost-favorable alternative to the belt-integrated seat we are developing seat-belt presenters which are flexible in application and can be integrated without any problems. The drive is controlled via Hall signal and micro-switch. Design, lift adjustment and speed can be individually adapted in any desired configuration.
